其实马航的服务也好不到哪里去。。。

    also they do not have queue number in baggage service.
    they serve familiar face first rather than who come first

    If i pay less then i dont care about the lousy service
    but MAS should have better service.
    I can see foreigner is not happy with the service too

  10. I only had once experience with Air Asia, and will never want it anymore! I was flying from Germany with 30KG suitcase, and the woman at the counter was behave very rude to me. She didnt even listen to my explain and asked me to pay! You know, if she was nice, she would asks me to stand a side and wait, maybe other peoples will come with no suitcase, then I can lompang ! And at that time I was so tired to argue with her after the long distance flight... she somemore said, if I dont pay, I wont get my bording pass !

    So far my white husband is satisfy with MAS, only thing is seats are too small for such a long legs man :p

  11. The rules and regulation on the flight booking says only guests with same flight booking are able to share the luggage weight allowance. Else, you'll need to pay for any luggage overweight. The other way round is pre-purchase/top-up your luggage allowance by paying extra fees during flight booking and pack your luggage accordingly. ^_^

  12. air asia is a budget airline, so ofcos they will be very particular.
    even singapore airline, Mas & other airlines also no allow u to bring the overweight luggage unless u pay.

  16. 上次在机上因为有位乘客与父亲的位子分开了,要求空姐帮忙对调位子,空姐就上前跟一位先生说“先生你可以跟这位先生换位吗?他想跟他的父亲坐。你只需要说可以或不可以!“没有笑容,没有说”请“或者”拜托“。我真的被那位空姐的语气吓到,那位先生也被吓到,错愕了一下。那位空姐因为没有得到及时的回应不断的咄咄逼人的问”可以还是不可以“,那位先生顿了一下才反应过来。因为是飞台湾,所以空姐/少必须至少要有一位会说华语。马航的空姐是华人,广播时华语却烂到要死,句子不完整,讲话不顺畅,根本不知道她在讲什么。拜托,飞华语地区的马航可以排华语流利点的空姐吗?旁边的乘客都在议论。让我觉得很丢脸。马航代表马来西亚,可是~~?廉价航空的空姐华语都比他们好。派食物时也是 “乱”一个字可以形容,完全没有次序可言,让我们等很久才拿到食物!唉~越讲越气,付酱的钱,得到酱的服务。

  18. Well, that was my first time with Air Asia, and people who sold me the ticket didnt advice me at all.At that time Air Asia was still very new. I took it because MAS was fully booked. Or else I would not want it. By the way, how do you mean guests with same flight booking ?

  19. hahahaha... did anybody take KLM before? Over age stewardesses a lot there :p And they are very rude too ! Once I was about to go to the toilet, and suddenly the pilot put on the "fasten your seat belt" light. But I wanted to go so bad. You know wat the stewarder told me? He asked me to go back to my seat, but I insist I must go now. He said, WELL THEN IT IS YOUR OWN RISK !

  20. If you have 2 persons in one flight booking, only the 2 persons in the flight booking can share luggage allowance.
    If you have 4 persons in one flight booking, only the 4 persons in the flight booking can share luggage allowance and etc.

    but they have improve a lot...

    But my dad said, some people are nice to ask you to wait and lompang with other people. SHE WASNT NICE AT ALL ! Besides, I was the first one to check in !
