Hm ok...not sure it's caused by slow connection or app issue if possible try that in ipad2 too for fair comparison so far i think galaxy tab 10.1 is more stronger for multitasking against Ipad2 Ipad2 starts to lag when you open about 8 highly graphic apps, the worst random app will auto shutdown without telling you. where Acer and Motorola xoom seem to be about the same loading games, office files, video and photo files are ok
read a review by a corporate guy who made comparison among ipad, xoom and tab. arguably, the best for "work" is still the XOOM. although supposedly the new tab 10.1 has a similar/stronger spec than xoom, but to me, none of the tablet can a real 'workhorse".
yeah...traditionally workplaces they usually for blackberry playbook, motorola xoom and toshiba thrive probably because most softwares cater with them or they have preexisting applications that suit their needs; gamers and visual designers they usually like Ipad, Acer, Dell and LG pads; a bit of work and general purpose most will opt for Ipad, LG and Samsung. Looking at the overall pictures, Ipads (mostly Asians love it in any reasons)and Samsung tabs still stand out among all, in the end it depends on what you use mainly and how multitaking you want to be. If using Multiply video as testing ground to be fair, you'll compare with Ipad2, Iphone vs Samsung tab, Xoom which one is able to stream better, i let people find out their own answers hehe...
None of the tablets and pads can be used as intensive powerstation, so far they all only have 1Gb or a little bit extra RAM what can you actually expect as if you're were using windows 2000 and Mac OS X in 2011?
anyone got ipad2 to borrow? haha I tried on iphone4, the mail application is fast and good. Nokia e71 also good but very slow to sync the email. Suspect is the Samsung Email in Tablet coz when i load only streamyx mail, it work fine.
不是想像中那么super keng in terms of hardware and graphic, i think it meets my expectation. In terms of sftware, i think it still cant beat IOS of the smoothness. I am using Samsung Tab 10.1
Actually I buy tab is for me to reply company email and have some entertainment. Rather than bring my heavy laptop around (extended 9 cell battery is heavy), i will bring a tab instead.
