I am an ISTP person - Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

Just attended a Supervisory Coaching Training.

During the training, there is a personality test that help us to understand ourselves and staff so that we can coach them more efficiently.

You can do a test (54 questions) and know your personality type.
