In ISP business:
In one year, you can earn RM 78 (1 + (1+1) + (1+1+1)...
because the old customer still will pay you rm 1 the next month
formula is n * (n+1) / 2
So...
1) Get customer
2) Retain customer
And we can archive a billion dollar company!
